By booking a simulator bay at Xuechen Yu Golf Academy (XYGA), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk. I understand that participating in golf simulator activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury from swinging golf clubs, equipment malfunction, and collision with other participants. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
2. Release of Liability. I, on behalf of myself and my guests, hereby release, waive, and discharge XYGA Golf Academy, its owners, coaches, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in simulator activities at the facility.
3. Rules & Conduct. I agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions. XYGA reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if rules are violated. No food or drink (other than water) inside simulator bays. Golf shoes or clean soft-soled footwear only.
4. Equipment. I accept financial responsibility for any damage caused by negligent or intentional misuse of equipment.
5. Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full session rate.
6. Privacy. My personal information will be used solely to manage my booking and will not be shared with third parties.
